jt Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between the jt platform and its users. When a user accesses services through the jt website, mobile application, or any other channel, they automatically accept these terms.

jt is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming services. The platform is built with Bangladeshi users in mind — with support in Bengali and local payment methods.

If any user is unable to accept any part of these terms, they are requested to refrain from using jt's services. To learn more about what the platform offers, please read our About Us page.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms apply to all jt services, games, promotions, and memberships. Individual promotions may have additional terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. In case of conflict, the specific terms will take precedence over the general terms.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final. In case of any ambiguity, the decision of jt's customer support team shall prevail.

A person becomes a member by opening an account at jt. Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Any documents required for identity verification must be provided when requested.
• jt must be notified promptly if any account details change.

2.2 Account Security

Each member is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Sharing a username and password with anyone else is prohibited. If any unauthorised account access or suspicious activity is noticed, jt's support team must be informed immediately. jt will not be liable for any loss resulting from use of an account by a third party.

2.3 One Account Policy

Opening multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. jt reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts if this rule is violated.

All gaming and betting services at jt are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Registration and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

jt may request a government-issued ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) for age verification at registration or at any time thereafter. Account activity may be restricted until age verification is completed.

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor is prohibited.
• Providing false information about age will result in account closure and the balance may be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians are requested to monitor their children's device and internet usage.

Transactions at jt can be made through popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh. All payments are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

In line with its anti-money laundering policy, jt reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and, where necessary, report it to the relevant authorities. Accounts may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.

jt's bonuses and promotional offers come with specific terms. It is important to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• jt reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Failure to comply with bonus rules may result in cancellation of the entire bonus and any winnings earned from it.

5.3 VIP Program

jt's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the member's weekly net losses. VIP tier upgrades depend on member activity and are updated automatically.

Members are required to follow the designated rules when placing bets at jt. Full responsibility for all betting decisions rests with the member.

6.1 Betting Conditions

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, jt reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If there is an obvious error in the odds or payout, jt may void that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports events. Each event has specific betting rules, which are displayed on the relevant event page.

6.3 Casino Games

jt casino offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and other games. Each game has its own payout structure, and RTP (Return to Player) information is available on the relevant game page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jt platform. Any of these will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Attempting to alter or hack the platform's security systems or gaming software.
• Opening multiple accounts or using false identities to claim bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other users or placing bets in a coordinated group.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in harassing or abusive behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Using incorrect or expired payment details.

jt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• A closure request submitted by the member themselves.
• A self-exclusion request in accordance with the responsible gaming policy.

8.1 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. If bonus requirements have not been met at the time of the request, the bonus will be cancelled. Valid balances can still be withdrawn after the account is closed.

jt works to ensure the highest standard of service. However, jt accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of a bet due to internet disconnection or a problem with the user's device.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of account credentials.
• Errors in third-party game software or failure of intermediary services.
• Service disruption caused by unexpected technical issues.

9.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the jt customer support team must be contacted first. The support team will review the issue and make a decision. jt's decision shall be considered final, but for detailed information about disputes, please see our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.

• Member information is used solely for service operation and security purposes.
• Information is shared with third parties only when required by law.

jt reserves the right to amend, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
